We might be a small team but we've got big ideas.

Jane ByrneJane Byrne  worked in public sector communications for 10 years, including 5 years as editor of Citylife, Newcastle's residents' magazine. From May 2007 - September 2009 she managed Newcastle City Council's marketing team - working on campaigns on topics as diverse as reducing teenage pregnancy and changing the city's bin days. Jane loves using communication and marketing to do good; hates it being used to mislead and manipulate the public; and works best when well lubricated with (Fairtrade) black coffee. She has a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Helen GreenwoodHelen Greenwood has a great knack for getting to the heart of the story. She's an award-winning former journalist with seven years' experience on two busy North East evening newspapers. For the last eight years Helen has worked as a local government press officer. Her experience working in both the media and in PR means she has a good grasp of how the media works and what makes a cracking story. But she's no good until she's had a cup of tea in the morning, so don't ring before 9am.

Rebecca RoseRebecca Rose loves puns and has worked on two of the North East's biggest residents' magazines - Newcastle's Citylife and Durham's Countywide. Until recently, she was the editor of Countywide magazine, which went out to quarter of a million homes. With six year's experience as a newspaper journalist and eight years spent working on public sector magazines, Rebecca can help you communicate with both an external and internal audience. She also eats every meal (and particularly cake) leaving the most delicious mouthful till last, but nick it and you'll get it.
